Fajita Veggies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Slice the vegetables in long strips.
  • In a large pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  • When the oil is hot, add the fajita vegetables and seasoning.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions are translucent. This should take about 5-7 minutes. Add more seasoning to taste if needed.
