Protein Waffles Recipe
These waffles are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and packed with 22 grams of protein per waffle.

rolled oats

nonfat cottage cheese

unsweetened almond milk

sweetener of choice
Instructions
Preheat your waffle iron.
Add rolled oats, cottage cheese, almond milk, egg, vanilla extract, and sweetener to the blender. Blend until a runny batter is formed.
Grease your waffle iron.
Pour in batter and cook for 5 minutes, or until the waffle iron is no longer steaming.
Top and enjoy!
Notes
This recipe makes about 1 cup of batter, or 3-4 mini waffles in a Dash waffle maker.
