½tspgarlic powder
½tsponion powder
¼tsppaprika
½tspkosher salt
¼tspblack pepper
½tspdried minced onionoptional
1tbspolive oil
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 390 °F.
Cut your and separate your cauliflower into individual florets that are roughly the same size. Wash them in water and let them soak for a couple minutes to remove extra dirt in between the crowns. Put them in a salad spinner to dry or manually dry them with a towel. Make sure to make them as dry as possible. Transfer the cauliflower into a mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, add all the seasoning ingredients except the olive oil and mix until it’s combined.
Drizzle the olive oil onto the cauliflower and mix to evenly coat. Sprinkle the seasoning over the cauliflower and mix thoroughly making sure the seasoning covers every floret.
Transfer the cauliflower into the air fryer basket and make sure they are in one even layer so they crisp properly. If you have more than can fit in one layer, you may need to cook this in multiple batches.
Put the timer on for 15 minutes and begin to cook. Every 3 minutes pause the time and stir the cauliflower. The finished cauliflower should be golden brown with slight crispy edges.
