Protein Waffles Recipe

These waffles are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and packed with 22 grams of protein per waffle.

  • Waffle iron


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1/8 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp sweetener of choice


  • Preheat your waffle iron.

  • Add rolled oats, cottage cheese, almond milk, egg, vanilla extract, and sweetener to the blender. Blend until a runny batter is formed.
  • Grease your waffle iron.

  • Pour in batter and cook for 5 minutes, or until the waffle iron is no longer steaming.
