Instructions
Add ½ tbsp of butter to each ramekin or cupcake slot. Place the pan into the oven and preheat for 375 °F.
Remove the pans after 2 minutes or until it melts fully. Take a brush and brush the sides with melted butter.
Option: Cut one turkey bacon slice in half and place both halves in one cupcake slot. This will act like a cup to hold your egg.
Crack one egg into each cupcake slot or ramekin. Sprinkle each cupcake slot with salt and pepper.
Add your preferred toppings.
Place in the oven to cook for 8-15 minutes. After 8 minutes, check the egg yolks to see if you like the doneness. Continue for another 2-5 minutes depending on your desired yolk doneness. Sometimes the eggs will continue to cook after you remove them from the oven, so we would recommend removing them when they look slightly opaque, but still translucent. Metal muffin/cupcake tin: 8 minutes*Silicone baking cups: 13 minutes*Ceramic ramekins: 13-15 minutes* *Note: If you add additional bulky items like bacon or spinach, you may need to add more time to cook these ingredients fully. I add about one to two minutes when adding bacon and spinach.

Note: The nutritional value does not have any included toppings aside from eggs, butter, salt, and pepper.
