2medium bananassliced and frozen
1/4cupmilk or water
1scoopprotein powder
2tbspunsweetened cocoa powder
1tbspchunky peanut butter
Instructions
Add bananas, milk, protein powder, cocoa powder, and nut butter in a food processor or high powered blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. This will take about 5 minutes toggling between “high” and “pulse” modes. You’ll need to stop and stir the mixture occasionally to make sure the bananas blend smoothly.
Taste and add additional ingredients if needed.
Eat or store in a freezer-safe container.
Notes
The serving size is based on 3/4 cup portions. This makes anywhere from 2-4 servings depending on the size of your bananas and your desired portion size. You may want to add more liquid until the desired consistency is reached. You can double the amount of protein powder for higher protein ice cream.For a thicker consistency, freeze for an hour before eating.
