Egg whites will add protein to your oatmeal and make it fluffier without really changing the flavor!

Ingredients
1/2cupold fashioned oats
1 cupalmond milk(or liquid of choice)
1/2 cupegg whites
1dashsalt
1/2teaspooncinnamon(optional)
1/2mashedbanana(optional)
Instructions
Bring almond milk to a boil.
Add oats and reduce to medium heat, stirring regularly until the milk is absorbed. This should take about 5-6 minutes.
Add the mashed banana (if using) and cinnamon to the pot and stir until combined. Reduce to medium-low heat.
Mix in egg whites, stirring constantly until the egg whites are cooked. It’s helpful to add the egg whites gradually. This should take about 1-2 minutes.
Place in a bowl and serve with your favorite toppings!
Notes
You can adjust the amount of egg whites to your liking. I've used anywhere between 1/4 cup and 1 cup.
