These gooey, chocolatey brownies are about 100 calories each! Plus, they're gluten-free, dairy-free, and flourless.

Ingredients
1cuppumpkin puree
1egg
1/4cupnut butter
1/2 cupcocoa powder
1/4cuphoney(or sweetener of choice)
1teaspoonbaking soda
1teaspoonsalt
1/3cupchocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
2teaspoonsinstant coffee(optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease and 8x8 baking pan.
Mix together the pumpkin puree, nut butter, honey, and egg.
Slowly add the cocoa powder and other dry ingredients.
Add chocolate chips and coffee powder (if you're using it).
Pour the mixture into your pan and bake for 28-30 minutes or until the center is firm.
Notes
If you prefer cakier brownies, add a 1/2 cup of flour. Adding flour gives the brownies a less chocolatey flavor. I've made these with both oat and almond flour.
