Honey Sriracha Shrimp Recipe
This flavorful dish will become a regular in your rotation. It will be ready in 15 minutes or less!

pound
shrimp
(about 36-40 medium shrimp)

tbsp
olive oil
2
tsp
minced garlic
4
tbsp
lime juice
4
tbsp
soy sauce
2
tbsp
sriracha
(to taste)

tbsp
honey
Instructions
Pat the shrimp dry and season it with salt and pepper.
Heat the pan to medium heat and coat it with olive oil. Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for two minutes on one side.
Turn the shrimp over and cook for two more minutes or until cooked through. Remove shrimp.
Lightly grease another pot or pan. Add minced garlic and cook for a minute until aromatic.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together and add them to the pot. Let it simmer for one to two minutes. The sauce should start to thicken.
Remove from the heat and add the cooked shrimp. The sriracha shrimp is ready!
Notes
Adjust the amount of sriracha to taste. If you like it spicier, add more.
