Honey Sriracha Shrimp Recipe

This flavorful dish will become a regular in your rotation. It will be ready in 15 minutes or less!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp (about 36-40 medium shrimp)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 4 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha (to taste)
  • 6 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Pat the shrimp dry and season it with salt and pepper.

  • Heat the pan to medium heat and coat it with olive oil. Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for two minutes on one side.

  • Turn the shrimp over and cook for two more minutes or until cooked through. Remove shrimp.

  • Lightly grease another pot or pan. Add minced garlic and cook for a minute until aromatic.

  • Mix the rest of the ingredients together and add them to the pot. Let it simmer for one to two minutes. The sauce should start to thicken.

  • Remove from the heat and add the cooked shrimp. The sriracha shrimp is ready!

Notes

Adjust the amount of sriracha to taste. If you like it spicier, add more.
